Number Problems

It’s no secret that I have a problem with math, mainly because it deals with numbers, and the two of us don’t go together. Never have in fact,  I struggled through Math all the way to high school. And STILL seem to be struggling with it!

The question, so how many weeks are you ? Typically throws me off, so I finally sat down and punched the numbers in over and over again. Because we were tracking my cycles for months trying to conceive, it made it a ton easier pin pointing what day to start at. Then I checked my info with one of those online pregnancy trackers ( okay I really checked it with 5 online trackers! LOL!) , I love the Internet! And we came up with the same week count!

My little bean is 7 completed weeks old. What is confusing is that  I am now in my eighth week. But bean is NOT eight weeks old as of yet. And as of yet, I am only 7 weeks completed. Phew. That was confusing. I wish these sites will just agree on the same description, so I can give the right answer!

The great thing is that by 8 weeks morning sickness should let up a bit, and fully be gone by 13 weeks. Looks like we are half way there! And really it hasn’t been that bad so far!

I promise I won’t just talk about pregnancy highs and lows on this site, it tends to even bore me after a while! Being pregnant is amazing. I love knowing all the tiny details that are happening to our little baby, so I may share some of those once in awhile. For now take a quick peek at how our little bean, who is making me want to let go of my breakfast , should look like right about now:

7weeks

Bella thought it was pretty funny that the baby has a bit of a tail. Don’t worry Big Sister, that should disapear by next week!

Ugh, math. I hear ya there. As for keeping track of the pregnancy weeks, babycenter.com has been awesome for me. You sign up and they keep track of how far along you are for you, and give you a little update each week. Without them I’d for sure have lost track. :)
